1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including name, email address, mobile phone number, property/service address, and payment information processed through Stripe. We also collect usage data through standard analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and operate the AssistResi platform, process subscription billing, coordinate service delivery with providers, send service confirmations and reminders, generate property manager reports, and improve our service.
3. SMS / Mobile Information
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile phone number solely to send transactional and service-related SMS messages from AssistResi, including 6-digit sign-in verification codes, booking confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling updates, service-day reminders, provider arrival notifications, and account or billing alerts. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in status) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing. We share limited information (such as your service address) only with the AssistResi service provider assigned to your booking, strictly to fulfill the requested service. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your account settings; opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use AssistResi — verification codes and notifications will be delivered by email instead.
4. Information Sharing
We share resident information with service providers only to the extent necessary to fulfill booked services (name, unit/address, scheduled date and service type). We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing. We may share aggregated, anonymized data for business analytics.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we do not store full credit card numbers. Our database is encrypted at rest.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active plus two years for financial records. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in record. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@assistresi.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, understand how visitors use AssistResi, and improve user experience. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.
9. Analytics & Session Replay (Microsoft Clarity)
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products and services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud and security purposes, and advertising. Clarity may record mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and the pages you visit, along with information about your device, browser, and approximate location. We also use Amplitude for product analytics and Google Ads for advertising measurement.
