Properties earn 10% of all resident subscription revenue (GMV) generated at their property, deposited monthly. For example, a 150-unit property where 25% of residents subscribe to an average $120/month service generates approximately $4,500/month in subscription revenue, with $450 going to the property as revenue share.

Do residents have to subscribe?
